How to Spa
We welcome you to Lotus with friendliness and ease as you set about an experience of total relaxation. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out our consultation card to ensure safety and accuracy during your treatments. Please enjoy Lotus' lockers, shower facilities, spa sandals and comfy robes during your visit.
Our therapists respect your privacy and with that in mind use the necessary draping techniques to ensure your comfort.
Please enjoy the many complimentary beverages and seasonal fruit throughout your time with us and remember that we are here for you and your comfort. We ask that you feel free to share any concerns or special needs with your therapist.
Spa Etiquette
Due to unforeseen scheduling difficulties Lotus Day Spa may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked treatments. Please know this will not be done until we have exhausted all other options. We will do our best to reschedule you at your earliest convenience. Complimentary services or compensation for treatments may not be provided. Thank you for understanding.
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes early for your treatments. We want you to enjoy the maximum comfort from your treatment and arriving late may take away the time that you are scheduled with us. If you are arriving late for your treatments with us we will do the best to accommodate the remainder of your treatment however original prices still apply. Your appointment will end as scheduled in consideration for the next guest to follow.
Please leave important items at home as Lotus Day Spa can not be responsible for lost or stolen items. In respect of other guests we ask that you turn cell phones off. To ensure comfort and ultimate experience for all guests we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children unless they too are receiving a service.
Gratuities are not included in treatment prices or gift cards. You may offer them at your discretion.
When you book treatments you have reserved time specifically for you. We ask that if you need to cancel please do so within 24 hours of the service. Cancellations under 24 hours may result in 50% service charge.
